Protest against death sentences of political prisoners (Zaniar and Loghman Moradi)

On a cold winter day, 19th January, 2013, some of freedom loving Iranians living in Stavanger, southwest of Norway, gathered to protest against the execution of political prisoners by the criminal Islamic Republic.
The purpose of this gathering was the protest against the execution of tens of political prisoners who are in the notorious prisons of Islamic Republic.
This gathering was mainly for protesting against the execution of Zaniar and Loghman Moradi, the Kurdish prisoners who will be executed by the Islamic Regime soon.
At 14th mordad, 1388, Zaniar Moradi and Loghman Moradi from Kordestan were arrested by security office in Marivan. Then, on Wednesday, Dei, 1388 the judge, Salavati, in branch 15 of Enghelab court sentenced them to execution because of membership in a group called Komala and involvement in murder of the son of Marivan’s Imam (at night, 14th Tir, 1388).
However, both of them have announced several times by letters that they have been forced by rape and torture to accept the murder. They have also been forbidden to visit anybody and now they are in Rajaee Shahr Prison in Karaj.
In recent days, Zaniar wrote a letter for the all with the same age across the world. He asks them: «Don’t let them to execute us. Use your initiatives and prevent this unfair execution.»
The Iranian Arabs prisoners who are on the verge of execution were also considered.
This event was held across the central library of Stavanger from 11 to 12.
